2. Eligibility and compliance

  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, third-party terms, and any export/sanctions restrictions that may apply to your use.

3. Delivery and fulfillment

  • Digital delivery may appear on the order page and/or be sent to your email after successful payment.
  • Some services (e.g., manual top-up/agency fulfillment or custom work) may require additional time and verification steps.
  • If delivery fails, contact support with your order number and proof of payment.

4. Manual top-up / agency services

For services fulfilled manually (including top-up/agency handling), you agree that:

  • We may request reasonable information needed to complete the service (e.g., account identifier, region, or required notes).
  • We may refuse or cancel requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or legally restricted.
  • Completion time may vary depending on third-party systems, verification, and availability.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use our site or services to:

  • Engage in fraud, abuse, phishing, or unauthorized access.
  • Resell, share, or distribute delivered credentials/keys in violation of third-party terms or applicable law.
  • Attempt to bypass security, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the site.
  • Submit chargebacks/disputes in bad faith (e.g., after successful delivery/consumption).

6. Verification, fraud prevention, and cancellations

To protect users and prevent fraud, we may apply automated or manual checks. We may delay, suspend, or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or policy violations. If an order is canceled, we will handle it according to the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and layout are owned by wxcydz or licensors. Delivered third-party products may be subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party services will remain unchanged. We are not responsible for third-party policy changes, bans, suspensions, or outages.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wxcydz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
